Programming is hard work but we believe it should be fun too. And if the product itself is fun? Even better! Lafmatch is a new entrant in the casual online dating space. We’re currently in the process of repurposing technology used in our previous product, Laflife, for use in Lafmatch, and it all revolves around humor—more specifically, the science of how different people’s senses of humor interact with each other and aid in forming new relationships.

We’re looking for a sharp, user-focused Rails programmer that cares equally about making quality products that users love as well as writing quality code that is easy to read and maintain. Our Rails stack is fairly standard and up-to-date (though we might request you help us in modernizing one or two legacy areas of the codebase).
