RTR Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Manager to lead the Record to Report (RTR). This role is responsible for transitioning financial accounting activities to an integrated shared services center, while also driving the RTR continuous improvement agenda.

You will play a key role in supporting the preparation of external reporting schedules, leading statutory financial statements and tax return preparation, and ensuring strong governance across accounting processes. You will lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of all RTR activities while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
