Role Summary

The RTR Accountant will support month-end close and financial reporting activities within a multinational finance environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Journal preparation and posting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Financial reporting and support of audits
  • Compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX controls
  • Liaise with AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax teams
  • Drive process improvements

    • Requirements

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • 1–4+ years’ experience in RTR / GL accounting
  • Multinational or shared services experience preferred
  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Strong Excel skills
