About the role

Band 3 - base salary from $83,108 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience 

Are you an experienced training content developer looking to apply your expertise in a role that supports high-quality training and assessment at our RTO?

We are seeking an experienced professional for a permanent position in content development. Working closely with trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) you will create engaging, fit for purpose learning activities and supporting materials.

In this role, you’ll ensure that all content and assessment align with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity for intrastate travel to gather valuable insights, ensuring the development of relevant and effective training materials.
