Position Description:

RTAC Engineer to support 24x7

3+ years of hands-on experience in Mac and Win OS support (L2 or higher)
Manage and support MacOS & Win upgrades, patches, and security updates, Provide Level 2 technical support for macOS devices including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Minis.
Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues such as startup problems, kernel panics, system freezes, application crashes, and performance degradation. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in coordination with vendors or hardware support teams.
Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Suite, VPN, etc.). Familiarity with MDM tools, Microsoft Intune.
Manage and troubleshoot enterprise applications and integration with corporate services (email, identity management, collaboration tools, etc.).
