R&t Subsea Technologies Lead

**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced **R&T Subsea Technologies Lead** to strengthen our Research & Development activities in Norway. Based at the **Stavanger Research Centre**, you will play a key role in shaping and leading advanced R&T projects on **subsea technologies**, with a focus on **all**electric subsea systems, subsea processing technologies and SURF**.**
This is a strategic position combining **technical leadership, innovation, project management and external collaboration**, contributing directly to cost and greenhouse gas emissions reduction for subsea and offshore developments and operations.
