Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front-end, ServiceNow Scripting, with added advantage if candidate is experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and Agentic AI implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 7+ years experience within a software industry building enterprise applications.
  • Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
  • Implement NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
  • Hands-on development & implementation experience in NowAssist (genAI features) and Agentic AI solutions.
