Role Overview The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for delivering human-centred design solutions that are useful, usable, and desirable. This role brings a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours to inform design decisions and supports the development of intuitive, accessible, and effective digital services. The UX Designer works across all phases of product delivery to bridge research and design, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to prototype, validate, and refine solutions.
