Job Description

Description: Technical: Lead and conduct training needs assessment, identifying the needs of all end-users, aligning with OPS Change Management practices. Design a comprehensive curriculum for the training initiative, including all necessary training resources. Provide project management expertise to support initiative/alignment to overall project timelines. Develop training materials for all end-users, including guides, facilitation material, online modules, etc. Conduct evaluation of training initiative to determine required supports for continuous learning. Provide expertise with e-learning authoring tools. Relationship Management and Communication: French proficiency would be beneficial but is not essential. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholder working groups and project team members to determine training needs/curriculum.
