Responsibilities: Ensures project deliverables meet clients business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks. Communicates effectively, diplomatically and tactfully with multiple stakeholders and Ministry branches Facilitates business process change using a methodical approach, methods and techniques for the both the project and Ministrys success. Plan and lead project deliverables using Agile and Digital approaches General Skills: Leads organizational development, strategy development, business planning, and Ministry funding requests.
