- Provide hands-on software development, maintenance, and support to the operation of the OHFS platform
- Identify the GAPs in the existing Java WebSphere systems and identify best entry points to create enhancements and bugfixes
- Prepare the remediation plan to address the gaps
- Conduct global and detailed system analysis on the existing four systems, and design practical solutions for enhancements based on quarterly changes in business requirements, implement solutions, conduct system testing, deploy to server environments, and provide daily operational support
