RQ10672 - Solutions Designer - Intermediate

Responsibilities: Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the clients service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models, in order to meet client application business requirement and project/initiative deliverables. Must Haves: Deep understanding of HL7 FHIR semantics, constraints, and best practices for resource relationships, cardinality, identifiers, and coding Ability to design and govern FHIR standards, profiles, extensions, value sets Demonstrated experience defining and applying FHIR metadata, tags, or classifications to support security, privacy, and access control decisions across multiple downstream consumers. Working knowledge of FHIR server platforms and implementations including Azure Health Data Services and similar providers with an understanding of capabilities and limitations related to search, filtering, pagination, and interoperability.
