Must Haves:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
• Minimum 5+ years of strong expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on‑prem and cloud discovery.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party tools and CMDB population.
• Minimum 5+ years Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential‑based access.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.
