About the Role

The
Associate RPA Power Automate Developer
will support company's RPA initiatives by designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions (robots). The role includes requirement gathering, documentation, troubleshooting, enhancements, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Strong technical and communication skills, along with RPA development best practices, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategy and Planning

  • Support other developers in conceptualizing and developing new automation robots.
  • Plan SDLC phases using
    Scaled Agile Framework
    ,
    DevOps
    , and
    CI/CD
    practices.
  • Assist in researching, preparing, and documenting robot requirements and solutions.
  • Support environment setup/maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Identify user pain points and help develop proof of concepts aligned with business needs.
