RPA Lead

What You'll Do

• Work in customer-facing roles, understanding business requirements and conducting process assessments.
• Design and analyze automation architecture and deployments.
• Be hands-on with Bot Design, Development, Testing & Debugging.
• Prepare and review Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Promote reusable components and best practices in automation.
• Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM environments and full SDLC processes.
• Recommend new tools/tech to improve process quality and efficiency.
• Support pre-sales teams in solutioning and effort estimation.

Primary Skills

• RPA Tools: UiPath / Power Automate (Certifications Preferred).
• Bot Design & Deployment.
• Agile Project Experience.
• Solution Documentation (SDD).
• Client Interaction & Delivery Leadership.
