Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, RASA, SharePoint, Python, Azure cloud or equivalent.
  • Translate business requirements into robust automation designs and technical specifications.
  • Ensure automations are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reusable.
  • Handle complex automation scenarios involving APIs, databases, OCR and integrations.
  • Prepare and review estimations for RPA related requirements using some standard approach.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of automation projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Track KPIs, benefits realization, and automation performance.
  • Should be able to guide team across SDLC w.r.t RPA requirements
