Royalties Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly royalty calculations for Latin American contracts according to approved Base of Contract and revenue definitions.
• Prepare, review, and validate royalty accruals, true‑ups, and historical adjustments, including prior‑year entries, ensuring accurate accounting.
• Support timely royalty payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues, calculation variances, and late inputs that affect royalty timelines and accruals.
• Partner with Print, Content, Editorial, and other business groups to ensure contract terms, pricing bases, and approvals are current before processing payments.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to resolve contract interpretation questions and calculation dependencies.
