Become a vital part of the rehabilitation journey as a Social Worker II in the Schizophrenia Outpatient unit at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. Focus on impactful patient assessments and therapeutic interventions.
This part-time (0.5 FTE) position requires conducting comprehensive risk and clinical needs assessments for adults with serious mental illness. You will collaborate with community resources and support clients' needs through effective treatment and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual and group therapeutic sessions
• Conduct risk assessments and treatment planning
