Roving Merchandiser - NORTH LUZON

Requirements

• At least 6 months of related working experience is required.
• Working experience in merchandising and promotion, preferably in the pet care/supply industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
• Maintains a professional and well‑presented appearance.
• Exhibits a proactive and optimistic approach to work.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven, and proactive in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assigned Store Responsibilities.
• Ensures that shelves of the assigned store are properly stocked and displayed.
• Handles the assigned store’s inventory levels and creates inventory reports to monitor sales performance of products.
• Monitors sales, losses, stock wastage, and damage.
• Marketing Responsibilities.
• Pushes products in‑store to meet sales targets.
• Participates in marketing events.
