Job Summary:

The Route Supervisoris responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of waste collection operations, ensuring routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role owns daily route planning and scheduling, supports drivers and loaders in the field, and manages real-time operational adjustments to maintain service quality.
