Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partner will drive a truck along an established route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
