Route Service Representative – Cintas Rental Division

This role requires driving a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The representative will manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring quality standards, proactively solving customer concerns, and upselling additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
