Route Planner

Job Purpose

• Creating optimal routes for the distribution of goods.
• Analyzing distance, delivery schedules, load sizes, and cost to determine the best ways. Also consider specific requirements or restrictions, such as delivery windows, vehicle sizes, and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares the daily delivery route schedules and assigns trucks, drivers and delivery helpers to serve customer orders thru established route planning system / methods
2. Supervises actual product loading on the day of the delivery schedule:
   • Assign and endorse delivery schedules and delivery forms and documents to the drivers
   • Check and authorize diesel requests of drivers
   • Check products to be loaded to the trucks
   • Check and verify Vehicle Inspection Checklist, GMP
   • Checklists, and others
