## Rough Sleeper Support Worker
Location: Walsall
Pay: £22.86 per hour
Contract: Full-Time | 3 Months
We're recruiting for an experienced Rough Sleeper Support Worker to join a dedicated homelessness outreach team in Walsall. This rewarding role involves supporting vulnerable adults, rough sleepers, former offenders and individuals with complex needs to access accommodation, develop life skills and achieve independent living.
### Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach across Walsall to engage rough sleepers and respond to referrals.
Complete risk and needs assessments and develop support plans.
Support clients to secure and sustain accommodation.
Deliver one-to-one and group-based life skills support.
