Looking for a reliable Rough Rake Labourer to support a paving crew. This role involves preparing and leveling asphalt to ensure smooth, high-quality finished surfaces in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Spread, rake, and level hot mix asphalt
- Assist crew with grade, slope, and depth
- Clean edges, joints, and excess asphalt
- Follow foreman direction and support crew productivity
- Maintain a safe and clean work site
- Construction or asphalt experience preferred
- Physically fit; able to perform hard labour
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Flexible schedule with overtime availability
- Ability to work well in a team
- Safety certifications and driver’s license are assets
