Rotary Process Engineer

**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as Engineer of Rotary Press machines.
- English level advanced
- Visa available (desirable)
- Preferably posses’ knowledge on Medical Devices regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA CFR 820 and similar regulations
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Analyzes, develops and revises Rotary Press Process for new or existing products to implement NPIs or improve KPIs for existing part numbers.
- Analyzes and revises existing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity through product design, material selection, tooling selection and upgrades, assembly methods and materials.
- Evaluates existing equipment and equipment requirements and makes necessary recommendations to management.
- Assists in developing on-the-job training for employees. Provides training as directed.
