We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Rota Lead/Workforce Admin Co‑ordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This role is central to supporting high quality patient care by planning, maintaining and updating clinical rotas across Brampton Medical sites.

This role may be based at our Main Practice Site in Brampton or our branch site at Corby Hill. This is a joint working post supported by our Rota and Data Co‑Ordinator in respect of rota management aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
