Job Description
You will coordinate staff rosters, support day-to-day operations and work closely with service managers to ensure services are well resourced. You will provide operational and administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives to help us, as an organisation, deliver quality person‑centred support.
Hours
80 hours per fortnight, rostered days of work between the hours of 6AM to 9PM. Availability to work weekends essential.
What you’ll do
- Create and maintain staff rosters across a busy operational environment
- Proactively identifying gaps and securing cover at short notice
- Building strong relationships with operational leaders and internal teams
- Communicating changes, risks, and updates clearly and confidently
- Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide operational and administrative support
