people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Rosters Administrator to work for a State Government Department. This is an initial 3 month assignment, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in South Melbourne, offering hybrid work arrangements.

Duties:
  • Provide professional administrative support to the team
  • Undertake general administrative duties including coordination of higher duties and secondment paperwork and petty cash transactions for the department
  • Assist with Rosters Administrative Support Officer duties in their absence.

  • About you:
  • Significant experience in providing high level administrative support, ideally in a roster environment
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Previous experience in State Government is highly regarded but not essential
