Job Description

**Description:**

The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring room assignments and inventory to ensure optimal utilization and guest satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Front Office team and assist the Contact Centre to coordinate room availability, special requests, and operational needs. The Rooms Controller will be stationed in the office throughout the day to oversee room control processes and provide timely updates.

+ Monitor daily room inventory and ensure accurate room assignments based on guest preferences, special requests, and operational requirements. and oversea within 3 months ahead.
+ Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Contact Centre to manage room status and availability.
+ Handle pre-arrival room blocking for VIP guests, groups, and special occasions.
