Room Attendant/Housekeeping

Room Attendant duties :

• Making beds, including changing linens
• Restocking towels, toiletries, minibar items and coffee or tea carts
• Responding to guest requests for additional towels or pillows
• Emptying trash cans or wastebaskets
• Performing general cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• High attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, including the appropriate use and safety protocols of industry-specific chemicals
• Time management skills to assist with basic hospitality tasks, such as replenishing toiletries and supplies, entering repair requests and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas
• Customer service skills to respond to guests' requests
• Communication skills to collaborate with maintenance staff
