Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for the orderliness and cleaning throughout all areas of the property, including public areas, guest rooms & storage rooms, all the while living up to our Canalta Mission and Vision

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply the Key Service Standards with everyone you interact with (Smile, Speak, be Empowered and Entertain)

• Provide assistance and courtesy as needed to guests and team members, reinforcing all of Canalta’s policies and procedures

• Strictly observe all guidelines established by Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS and WCB

• Make beds daily and change bed linen

• Vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery

• Clean bathrooms and supply with fresh towels and toiletries

• Ensure that televisions, radios, lights and HVAC equipment are working<...
