Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities to meet hotel standards.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and ensure that rooms are properly stocked and ready for new arrivals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment throughout their stay.
