Job Description

• Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and serviced according to hotel standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns (e.g., faulty equipment, damaged furniture) to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring that their room needs are met promptly and professionally, while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
