Job Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas to ensure guest comfort and uphold the resort’s quality standards. The role also supports the Housekeeping function through safe equipment uses, stock control, confidentiality, security procedures and assistance with laundry, public areas and guest requests as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and allocated areas to Elysium presentation and hygiene standards
- Replenish guest amenities, supplies and in-room materials appropriate to room type
- Complete scheduled and deep-cleaning tasks as directed
