Job Description

The Rookie Advisor Activation and Advisor Development Head will lead the development of content for all Advisor learning modalities including Face to Face, Online and eLearning. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective blended learning experiences that drive business outcomes. You will oversee the entire learning lifecycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring that our learning programs are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

Position Responsibilities: 

Strategy & Proposition Development: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy that aligns with organization’s business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, practitioners to identify Agency Capability development needs and develop appropriate learning interventions and tools.
