The Restaurant People (TRP) is opening NAIA on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join a high-energy culinary team and deliver quality, consistency, and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage line cooks, control inventory, prepare and execute menu items with speed and precision, maintain food safety standards, and support smooth service with teamwork in a rooftop venue.
