Duties

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects
• Manage a team of carpenters and laborers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Perform heavy lifting as needed
• Utilize hand tools for various tasks
• Conduct quality checks on completed work
• Provide guidance and training to team members

Experience

• Previous experience as a carpenter or in a similar role
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Knowledge of caulking techniques
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Maintenance Person skills are a plus
