Roofing Division Sales Manager Activities

• Grow and develop a sales team through hiring, training, ride-alongs, and other coaching methods
• Establish and enforce rebuttal scripts, follow-up sequences, and closing frameworks
• Manage team performance against KPIs: close rate, bid volume, bid turnaround, follow-up compliance, and revenue contribution
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and provide accurate revenue forecasting to ownership
• Own CRM adoption and data integrity across the sales team
