Roofer Labourer

Overview

We are seeking a reliable Roofing Labourer to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential flat roofing systems. Our work primarily involves single-ply membrane systems, along with maintenance and repair of torch-applied and asphalt-based roofs.

This role involves physical outdoor work, use of tools and materials, and adherence to strict safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Roof Installation Support

• Assist in installation of single-ply roofing systems such as PVC or EPDM
• Help prepare roof surfaces (cleaning, sweeping, removing debris, leveling insulation)
• Load, transport, and stage roofing materials and equipment
• Cut and position membranes, insulation, and flashing as directed
• Assist with membrane fastening, adhesion, and heat-welding processes
• Seal penetrations, edges, and seams under supervision
