Job Description
On behalf of my client I'm looking for a Romanian-speaking Call Center Supervisor to join its dynamic team.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting and supervising the daily work of Romanian-speaking call center agents
Call monitoring, providing feedback and coaching
Supporting the onboarding and training of new colleagues
Planning work schedules and shifts, efficient allocation of resources
Making process improvement suggestions and identifying optimization opportunities
Monitoring KPI and SLA performance, ensuring targets are met
Motivating agents and strengthening team cohesion
Participating in recruitment and interviews for Romanian-speaking operators
Handling escalations and supporting difficult calls
Supervising the use of systems (CRM, telephony system, reporting tools)
Analyzing campaign results and presenting improvement ideas
Preparing reports for management
Participating in the execution of sales campaigns
Liaising with external call centers
