**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

Operate and maintain roll forming equipment to produce high‑quality garage door panels and components while following safety, quality, and production standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machines
+ Follow run sheets and adjust widths, gauges, and cutoff dies as needed
+ Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation
+ Maintain material flow and efficient production
+ Identify and report quality or maintenance issues
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
+ Lift and handle panels up to 45 lbs (team lift heavier items)
+ Use computers, scanners, and measurement tools
+ Assist with training and other production tasks as needed

**Qualifications**

+ 1–3 years manufacturing or machine operation experience (steel preferred)
