Dyson Singapore HQ is seeking a Test & Validation Manager for Robotics to define how performance is measured, validated, and improved from development to in-home use. You will be responsible for the full validation loop, ensuring replication of real customer experiences across diverse homes worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop advanced test methods for navigation, behaviour, and environment validation, and ensure reliable evidence informs product decisions and supplier
