Nextpower is expanding its global robotics operations and building a Brazil-based team to support remote robotic inspection missions across solar sites. The Robotics Operations Supervisor – Brazil Operations will serve as a key leader within this growing organization, combining hands‑on robot operation with team oversight and cross‑regional coordination.

This role will work closely with operators in Brazil while maintaining daily communication with supervisors and team leads based in California to ensure alignment on scheduling, performance expectations, and mission execution.

As a Robotics Operations Supervisor you will operate robotic systems while supporting and guiding a team of Robotics Operations in Brazil.
