C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Hardware Lead to build and own the hardware function for a robotics startup. You will define hardware strategy, own platform development, and guide build-vs-buy decisions while hands-on designing and deploying real robotic systems in the early years.

You will establish the hardware organization and collaborate with founders on product and technology strategy to enable scalable growth and future leadership in hardware engineering.
