About the Role

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic manufacturing processes within the Product Development & Automation Group.

This role plays a critical part in enabling flexible, repeatable, and high-quality fabrication of military equipment through the integration of industrial robotics and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and layout of robotic manufacturing cells, including overall architecture and workflow optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement robotic processes integrating welding systems (MIG, TIG, Laser), coating systems (liquid and powder), bending and forming systems.
• Select and integrate end‑of‑arm tooling (EOAT), sensors, and peripheral equipment.
