Robotics Deployment & Simulation Engineer

About the role

We deploy autonomous, AI-assisted robotic systems into industrial operations and maintenance environments, helping teams move from manual processes to automated, data-driven workflows. Projects typically involve mobile robotic platforms, robotic arms and 2D/3D vision systems performing inspection and data-capture tasks, supported by a central data platform. 3Ddigital twins and simulation are used to plan, validate and de-risk deployments before and during on-site work.

Purpose of the role

As a field deployment engineer, you are the on-the-ground technical owner who turns a requirement into a working, value-generating deployment. You bridge operations, technology suppliers, engineering, quality, IT and data/AI teams - taking projects from scope definition through on-site commissioning, operation and value demonstration. The role can flex across different programs, sites and use cases as priorities evolve.
