Searchability MENA is working with a well-funded, fast-scaling AI software company in the UAE, looking to hire a Robotics Operations Manager focused on motion planning and autonomous systems.
In this role, you will lead the operational execution and deployment of advanced autonomous robotic platforms. You’ll sit at the intersection of robotics engineering, autonomy, hardware, and real-world field operations, ensuring systems move from R&D into structured, scalable deployment.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, perception, ML, and hardware teams to deliver reliable, high-performance robotic systems into live environments.
Here’s what they’re looking for:
- 6+ years' experience in Robotics Operations, Autonomous Systems, or Technical Programme Management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (Robotics, ML, Embedded, Hardware).
