Key Responsibilities

Automation Design & Deployment

·       Design robotic cells and automated production lines for CNC loading/unloading, assembly, testing, painting, and packaging

·       Select robots, PLCs, sensors, vision systems, and automation hardware

·       Develop automation layouts and technical specifications

Programming & Integration

·       Program industrial robots (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.)

·       Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs

·       Integrate robots with CNC machines, testers, AGVs, conveyors, and MES systems

Installation & Commissioning

·       Lead automation project installation and start-up
