Robotic Welding Engineer / Automation Technician

<b>Job Summary (List Format) Robotic Welding Engineer / Automation Technician</b><br /> <br /> - Program, set up, and optimize robotic welding systems for production parts.<br /> - Support commissioning and launch of new robotic welding cells, fixtures, and equipment.<br /> - Create and modify robot programs using teach pendant and offline programming tools.<br /> - Develop effective weld sequences to enhance part quality, cycle time, and efficiency.<br /> - Adjust and validate welding parameters (voltage, wire feed speed, etc.).<br /> - Troubleshoot robotic welding issues including weld defects and equipment faults.<br /> - Perform robot calibration, TCP verification, touch-ups, and preventive maintenance.<br /> - Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for product launches and production support.<br /> - Review and assess fixture/tooling designs for robotic welding suitabili...
